Lulu is such a warm, positive person. She made us feel welcome right away, and her patience, flexibility, and thoughtfulness meant a lot. It's clear she really cares about her guests, and we're so glad we got to stay with her. The accommodation is near Termini train station, in a fantastic spot. It was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable two-day trip.

We stayed a couple of nights, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The place is close to Termini and within walking distance of Trevi and other areas. Restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores are just around the corner. The room has AC, though the large windows let in plenty of air, so we didn't really need it. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to get going: a freshly baked croissant and freshly brewed coffee. Thanks for hosting us. 🫶🏻

The rooms are pleasant, the beds are comfortable, and the receptionist was nice. Everything was clean and the service was good. You're within walking distance of lots of major sights, and the room has what you need. It's not a five-star hotel, but that's not why you're in Rome!

Lulu is such a sweetheart and made us feel welcome, helping with everything. Her B&B is great, and Roma Termini is only two stops away, so getting around is easy.

We were given a larger room than the one we'd booked. The owner was helpful and accommodating, and the location was great. ❤️
