The lack of privacy was another problem, since the neighbor's balcony sat right below our bedroom window. At this price, the whole experience was embarrassing. I'd rather pay a little more than spend a vacation like this again. We booked for three and asked by phone the day before for separate beds, but the bed was left unmade with only a sheet and duvet cover, no pillowcase, and towels for two. They brought blankets for a double bed instead of for the single beds we'd requested. The room was dirty too: hair on the floor and blankets, stained mattress covers, and hairs on shelves in the refrigerator. The mattress for the third bed was just a thin sheet and unusable. There was barely any hot water at first. We told reception, but they said nobody else had complained. We went back 15 minutes later when it still wasn't working, and an employee checked the room, confirmed the problem, and apologized. He said he'd call a plumber, but left without offering a fix or further information. We saw the plumber's van at the entrance, and only realized the hot water was back two hours after his visit. Nobody had told us. Although there was a kitchen, it had no salt, oil, sugar, or anything like that. They did leave a sponge and tiny amounts of dish soap, floor cleaner, and dishwasher detergent, but there wasn't even a dishwasher in the room.

The room felt a little bare, and both the chair mattress and pillows were very thin. The location was excellent, though, and the staff were friendly.
