The beds were infested with lice, and we caught them right away. The toilet was dirty as well. For the first two days the room was freezing because there was no thermostat, so we had to ask the owner to turn on the heating. Some rooms were dismantled, the elevator wasn't working, and taking the trash out meant going somewhere in the woods.
