Agriturismo Torre Cristina

The pizza was lively, but the crust was a little too thin.

Angela at reception was so friendly. She stayed past our check-in time and had the room warmed up for us with both the air conditioning and radiators on. We were there for one night in a triple room, breakfast included, and the breakfast buffet was good and generous, just as pictured on Booking.com. The attic room had exposed beams and lots of space, though the furnishings were minimal and the lighting dim. Everything was clean. Good value for money. Since it’s outside the town center, having a car is best.

The farmhouse has a pleasant B&B feel and made a nice break from the work routine. I stayed here for business, and the rooms were clean, with the basic amenities in place and enough comfort for a short stop. The pasta dishes stood out for their flavor and quality, though the recipes and preparation felt repetitive, which could get tiring on a longer or more frequent stay. Overall, it was functional, with a few things that could be better.

Breakfast was a highlight: pleasant, with good quality products and a gluten-free option. We enjoyed sitting outside, and there was plenty to eat. The receptionist was cheerful, kind, and welcoming. We stayed one night with two small children, and getting there with them and a stroller wasn’t easy. The room felt cramped and the shower stall had some issues. We decided to have dinner when we arrived. The waiter seemed gruff, but we were very happy with the food, except for the child’s cutlet!!! Still, I’d recommend it.
