Happy Camp in Camping S'Ena Arrubia

We loved seeing the flamingos and spoonbills. The staff were very nice, and the campervan spot and location were great, especially in the preseason. Toilets and showers were well serviced. Unfortunately, our next day was disrupted by a power outage.

The reception was really nice, and we had a great time in the rental tent. Our ferry delay meant we arrived a little late, but since we'd shared our estimated arrival time, they had the tent lights on, the fridge ready, and the beds made. We just had to unload. The first week, the cleaners came rather late, around the time everyone wanted to shower. The following week they got everything cleaned nice and early.

We planned to stay four nights, but we're leaving tomorrow, a bit disappointed. The reviews made the place sound better. The campsite itself was okay, and the bathrooms were clean. The pool was nice, although COVID rules limited how many people could use it at once, which wasn't their fault. There were rules everywhere, like no hammocks or drying lines and swim caps at the pool, and it felt like too much. The beach was full of algae and smelled quite bad. They clean the area in front of the campsite so you can put your towel on the sand, and it doesn't have the same smell as other parts, especially in the evening. When the water is very calm, the algae stay at the bottom and it looks nicer. We went late in the afternoon and found it really unappealing. There are lots of factories in the distance to the right.

They changed the price overnight, so we had to pay 10 Euros more per night. The beach smells like eggs, there's no toilet paper, and you can't stay just one night. I'll never come back. I hope this rating warns others.
