We were just passing through, so we spent one night and ate dinner here too. The room was clean and had air conditioning. Dinner was rustic, made with local ingredients, and the welcome from the friendly, helpful staff felt warm and informal. Since it's out in the countryside, bring mosquito repellent. :) I'd come back if I'm in this part of Sardinia again.
We've made this a regular stop on our Sardinian holidays for years. The quiet, untouched countryside suits us, and the family welcome is warm. The food is delicious and made entirely from produce from the family farm.
We were a group of nine at Rocca Su Moru from August 22nd to 24th, 2016. The setting is beautiful and the welcome was lovely. Michela is a great cook. We enjoyed Sardinian dishes from the starters through the roasts and desserts.
It's a lovely place to switch off, about half an hour from Scivu and Piscinas, with a warm welcome and delicious, genuine food. I'm vegan, and Michela made me vegetables and an amazing fregola with porcini mushrooms. Thanks so much ❤️ We can't wait to come back!
