The location is right in the historic center, and there’s a covered garage and an elevator. We stayed a week with two adults and our two-year-old, and everything was perfect. The apartment was beautifully designed and carefully detailed, with every comfort. The kitchen had all we needed, including a microwave as well as the usual oven. The bathroom was huge, with a very large, comfortable shower. The sofa was incredibly comfortable, and the flat-screen TV was enormous. They even supplied a Chicco high chair and a travel cot for our little girl. The laundry room with washer and dryer was right next door, so we could get some washing done. Thanks to Mrs. Mara for being so available and for suggesting Lido Paradise on Lake Cavedine. We had a relaxing day there with our daughter. We’ll definitely return. See you soon.

The balcony felt neglected, with a dirty floor and no table, chair, or small drying rack. The place itself is in an excellent location, with spacious, bright rooms and modern furnishings. The kitchen was modern too, with soft lighting and radios in all the rooms. I was concerned about the fabric sofa and headboard, and the shaggy pillows, since they seem hard to sanitize between guests. At least a sofa cover that can be changed for each new arrival would be a must. The towels were clean and kept in drawers, perhaps for a long time, but they didn’t smell nice. I’d pay more attention to these details.

We had a great apartment in a great location, and the stay was absolutely positive. But we’d booked months ahead based on the advertised whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and found a shower instead. They said the tub had broken and needed replacing, which I understand, but I wish they’d let us know by email or phone. The photos had been updated to show the shower, but we hadn’t checked when that happened. We booked expecting a particular amenity that wasn’t there, even though the change was due to external reasons.
