Camping Arco

I've been coming to this campsite for quite a few years. The location is great for both the village and the nearest via ferrata. Tent pitches are a decent size, with plenty of trees for shade when needed. The facilities, including the showers and toilets, are decent and clean.

The bathrooms were nice, and the spot was quiet and well located. We stayed two nights on vacation. It cost a bit more than we expected, but otherwise it was fine.

The showers can be tricky to adjust for hot water, and some of the facilities feel dated. Still, everything was cleaned often and we had no hygiene issues. The staff were very friendly, and the shop was well stocked. The location is excellent.

Getting into Arco is easy from this campsite, and it's right by one of the great ferratas. The new pools are lovely, although on one day the water was freezing cold for no explained reason. The toilets and showers were quite dirty and seemed to be cleaned much less often than at other campsites I've used. Sunbeds cost 7 Euro a day, which felt like a lot. Compared with the nearby campsite I stayed at last year, I was disappointed, though this place is decent overall.
