We were traveling as three people with a dog, and the warm welcome for our pet meant a lot to us. The hotel is close to Lake Garda, making it a handy spot for relaxing and exploring. Private parking and an underground garage made things easier as well. From the moment we arrived, the reception, bar, and breakfast staff were friendly and professional. The tiramisu at breakfast was amazing. Our room was cleaned every day and stayed spotless and well cared for. I’d happily recommend this hotel, and we’d be glad to stay here again on another trip to Italy.

We loved the lobby bar for relaxing at the end of the day, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, with spacious, very clean rooms. You can walk to anything you might want to see or do in Arco, and it’s an easy drive to the Dolomites and Lake Garda. I can’t say enough about this place. We’ll definitely return. It was AMAZING.

We only stopped for a short stay, but the staff were very nice and the location was great. The spa was amazing, and the pool was a lot of fun. Arco has a pleasant little center with several good restaurants. For more activity, head to Riva del garda. A very good family hotel.

The staff really went out of their way for us, and breakfast was lovely with a generous spread. Do try the raw honeycomb honey! The pool was renovated this spring, in 2023, and the hotel is easy to reach from the city center, with Riva about a 10-minute drive away. The rooms feel a little dated, though we were told renovations are underway. We’ll definitely come back.

2/10
Getting to the city center was easy, since it’s very close, but the service was quite poor. The room was a total disaster. I was bitten many times while sleeping, and the beds seemed to have fleas or some other kind of insects. The shower floor was yellowish, and the pillows felt hard as rocks.
