The spot was peaceful, in a picturesque hamlet, and close to a public parking lot. From Residenza S. Rocco, we could walk into Arco's historic center for shops, bars, and restaurants, or reach Caproni Woods and swimming spots along the Sarca River. There's a dog area by the river too, which I think may be the only one. The owner was attentive whenever needed but always discreet and courteous, and the welcome felt sincere and generous. Inside, everything was clean and well arranged, with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a very good kitchen. It had an induction stovetop, dishes, cutlery, pans, kettles, glasses, and a toaster. My only nitpick was the small fridge, which had no icebox. I'd definitely return, though I wish I'd booked two weeks.

There's even a games room with a foosball table, and bicycles are available to use. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and equipped, and the location is convenient. A good choice for families with children. The owner is very kind. Highly recommended.

The owner was so friendly and even carried our things upstairs, saying he was available around the clock. It was chilly the first night before we worked out the heating. Still, it's a lovely place to stay.

The apartment was nice, with good amenities, and the landlord was friendly and helpful. It was also close to the city center. But it felt too expensive, and parking wasn't included. The nearby public lot is usually full, which can mean a long walk to the next one. The lower apartments' balconies lose the sun quickly, too. And around 2 AM, the neighbor seemed to run the washing machine right beside the bedroom. So much for a good night's sleep.

The apartment was modern, quiet, and well equipped, with good storage for bicycles. The owner was very dedicated. Unfortunately, the balcony didn't have a good view.
