A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Locanda Vittoria" is located in Arenzano. This hotel is located in the city center. In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Arenzano Beach, Cogoleto Beach and Piazza Acquaverde. Location You can stop by the restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in. The location is convenient, near Arenzano's centre and post office, and Villa del Marchese Pallavicino and its park are close by. I highly recommend a visit to the park. Arenzano itself is charming, though quite busy. Still, my two-night stay at the "Locanda Vittoria" Hotel was disappointing, and I decided to look elsewhere afterward. The rooms are in poor condition. Cleaning is only done if requested, and the toiletries are inadequate: there's a hand-soap dispenser, but no shampoo or soap. Furnishings are shabby, with damaged bedside tables, no bedside lamp, and dim lighting from a single ceiling light. Traffic and train noise made sleeping difficult. The old wooden windows aren't soundproof. We paid €109 for two nights through Booking.com, which I thought was too much for this level of service. Some online listings showed about €39 per night, but the final price we found on arrival was quite different. For a one-star hotel, there are many areas that need work. Arenzano is lovely to visit, but I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone wanting comfort or a relaxing break.

The room was filthy and shabby, with barely anything in it and a bathroom that was only half finished. The kitchenette was disgusting: the fridge was dirty and moldy, and the dishes were black with grime. Walking into the restaurant, we found a filthy mess with an awful animal-like smell. We ran straight out and went looking for somewhere else. How was this place even allowed to open?

Stefano and Francesco made me feel right at home, and I'll definitely return. I was there on a business trip, and the rooms were simple and basic but clean, with clean linens. The restaurant serves excellent seafood-based food, fresh and full of flavor.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a great time. Our clean room had its own bathroom, and linens were provided. When the restaurant is open, the food is excellent, too. Thank you.

The apartment is split into seven rooms, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything happening around you. Calling this a hotel is a disgrace. It gets incredibly hot and humid, with no insulation. The windows really need replacing. There are no basic extras at all: no water fountain, kettle, cups, or glasses. You'd get better service at a campsite. At least it was fairly clean. It could've been cleaner, but it was clear some effort had gone into it. Avoid at all costs!
