Beautiful, luxurious and comfortable, with a really convenient spot in Florence. Staying at Palazzo was one of the highlights of our travels and gave us some special memories.

The room was incredible, and Laura, Daniel and the rest of the team went above and beyond. They chatted with us on WhatsApp to share recommendations and brought fresh croissants to our door every morning. I’d highly recommend this place.

Palazzo Ottaviani is easily the best place to stay in Florence. Those so-called luxury hotels can feel like fancy shoeboxes with no character. Here it feels like a real apartment, with marble throughout, room to actually live, and stunning interiors. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and soundproof windows. I’m not staying anywhere else.
