The place is small, the heaters don't work, and the internet was down. When we arrived, they also asked us to pay an extra 77 for cleaning.

The apartment is about 100 meters from Ponte Vecchio, with the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and plenty of other sights nearby. We had a great stay in Florence, and the attention before and during our visit was excellent. I'd recommend it.
