The apartments feel like home and are nicely furnished, and everything was communicated clearly, which made the stay convenient and pleasant. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage and make the most of our time in firenze.

The online check-in and key made everything straightforward, and the staff were lovely when we had a problem with the kettle. They communicated well and fixed it quickly. The location was the highlight, with everything walkable, though expect some noise at night. Easy and comfortable for a holiday.

The location worked well for us, close to a good supermarket and Ponte Vecchio. Our apartment was on the fourth floor but faced the road, and the noise made it hard to sleep. We booked for three and had a double room plus a sofa bed. The room was clean, but the shower ran out of hot water quickly, so we had to space showers about 45 minutes apart. The kitchen had most things, but no kettle, which seemed odd. I asked the online service team about one and was told it wasn't included, then asked to look in the back building, where there wasn't one. There's not much else a guest can do. Please check your apartment inventory. In response to the Bob W team, I had already raised this with your online Live Chat team, who said a kettle wasn't included and directed me to the back building. I couldn't find one there.

We tried to cancel the day after booking, more than a month before our trip, but they wouldn't refund anything. There are plenty of similar places, even better ones, that offer flexibility if plans change or you need to cancel. Maybe we'll still travel, but I really regret booking this hotel.
