Lovely accommodation with a great pool, and the views and location were hard to beat. For the price, you can't ask for much more. Highly recommended.

We were a group of young people and had such a good time. The two apartments were cozy and cool, which was just what we needed during those hot, humid days in the Tuscan hills. The pool was a wonderful extra in the heat. And the riding stables were amazing: our first horseback ride turned into an unforgettable experience. This place made me fall in love with Tuscany.

We had a lovely day in Arezzo, but when we got back late, we were told the hot water was regulated. I was there for one night with my family of six, and the owner, who lives in the apartment above the villa, told us the rules in a way that didn't feel very polite. We were allowed one shower at a time and had to wait for the water to heat up again. The heating was set to 20 degrees, but in December the windows were drafty and the radiators small. The bathroom was around 17 or 18 degrees, and the water was barely warm. Four of us didn't shower at all. That's unacceptable after a busy day, so one star. The place itself is nice. I also paid 21 euros for the heating supplement, 20 plus one euro change that the lady didn't have.

We came in winter, but I imagine it must be spectacular in summer. The place is very clean and surrounded by nature, about 15 minutes from Arezzo. It has all the amenities, including an excellent ranch where you can take riding lessons. The owners were very kind and helpful. Recommended.
