Giuseppe made us feel very welcome at this clean, tidy, and quiet villa. There's a huge garden with olive trees, a basketball court, and a tennis court. It's a five-minute drive from Matera's center and close to the main road for exploring the surrounding area.

Giuseppe, the manager, was kind and helpful. When we arrived, he gave us a map and brochure of the area and all the information we needed for our stay. The newly built place is just outside Matera, with easy access to the city. Our room and adjoining bathroom were clean and pleasant, and we could use the kitchen.

The room and adjoining bathroom were clean and cozy. The villa is just outside town but very close to the center, with a lovely porch looking out over the greenery.

Giuseppe was very kind and gave us all the information we needed about the city. The modern villa is charming and welcoming, in a well-connected location close to the center. We'd be glad to come back.
