Residence Le Corniole

The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, and there's plenty of parking for both the hotel and restaurant. Arezzo (pronounced Arezzo👍hotel ) is quaint, with a short walk to some very unique sights. It's only a 3-star place, but ample for tourists exploring the area. Cheeeers, Kk.

The bathroom was barely usable, with mold in the corners and a shower that hardly worked. There was also a persistent bad smell, and the furniture was old and in poor shape. In our room, the dishes were dirty, the sheets stained, and the walls marked and grimy. The website photos had nothing to do with what we found. The staff initially agreed to a partial refund for all these problems, but never processed it and then stopped replying to us. That was frustrating and showed no accountability. From the moment we arrived, the place fell short of basic cleanliness and hospitality. I left very disappointed and wouldn't recommend La Corniole to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay. I hope management deals with these obvious issues.

The rooms were clean and great for our family. Our only bad experience in Italy was the owner or manager, who was very disrespectful. My son got stuck in the elevator and the man accused him of breaking it. I had to get my son out, otherwise who knows how long he might have been left there. He also called us thieves and rude because we didn't stop to talk at the front desk, and called us names. I offered to help pay for the damage, but he kept being mean and insulting. If he'd handled the situation politely and kindly, things could have been very different. As an American, I'm not used to being treated that way. We love Italy, its country and people, and this was our only bad experience there.

A cosy, clean place with everything you might need in the rooms. The city center is just a five-minute walk away.
