It's a stunning, warm and welcoming apartment, designed with real care. Right in the center, just a 500-meter walk from Piazza Grande. The owner is incredibly helpful and welcoming too. We highly recommend it, and it'll be our go-to place if we return to Arezzo.

I felt right at home during my three-day stay. The landlord has great taste in the furnishings, and the spacious room has two bedrooms and a kitchen. There's a supermarket near the station where you can buy groceries.

We only stayed one night, but there's a washing machine for anyone staying longer. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and even has coffee for breakfast. The apartment is right in the heart of Arezzo, tastefully furnished, tidy, and clean, and it feels like home. Nights were quiet, with no disturbance, the fan kept us cool, and the shower was beautiful and modern. I absolutely recommend it!
