Omero made this first visit to AREZZO special. He was welcoming, friendly, full of helpful advice and great recommendations, and went well beyond what he had to do. We really appreciated him and plan to return. People you meet along the way are part of the adventure, and he was a big part of ours. The B&B suited us perfectly. It was clean and had everything we needed, plus more. The terraces were lovely for cappuccinos in the morning, lunch or an Aperitivo, with views of the neighborhood on one side and the beautiful TUSCAN mountains from the back terrace. The Centro Storico of AREZZO is just minutes away on foot. The apartment is in a perfect spot, with everything walkable and accessible. There's a bar nearby, with friendly people from morning through Aperitivo hour and a delicious counter full of meats, cheeses, vegetables and more. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for reading. The owner was so kind, it felt like he'd known us forever. Thanks to Omero for his warmth and for a wonderful stay. The location, comfort and cleanliness were all excellent. Our room had its own bathroom, and there was a fully equipped shared kitchen. We were there during the Christmas markets. If I had to pick one small thing to change, it would be the breakfast, though with the kind of service they offer, I can't see how it could be better. I'd gladly book here again if we're in the area.

The owners are so welcoming and always ready to help with whatever you need. This is the kind of place where you feel at home and want to come back. I've stayed at many B&Bs, but this one really stands out. It's comfortable and clean, conveniently placed for both parking and the historic center, and excellent value for money.

My husband and I had a lovely surprise during our week in the apartment: we were the 2,000th couple to stay there, so a celebratory photo with Omero was a must. He's a legendary host, welcoming you as if he's known you forever and giving excellent advice on what to see in Arezzo and nearby. The property has everything you need for a perfect vacation and is just steps from the historic center. If you're going to Arezzo and aren't sure where to stay, this is my recommendation.
