We spent two nights here over New Year's Eve, and it was miserable. The place felt cold, broken, and unwelcoming, and we were freezing, especially with our two children, aged 8 and 2. The bathroom was freezing too, and the toilet seat was broken. The microwave in the kitchen didn't work, and the coffee maker only partly worked. The coffee they supplied was old and smelled bad. For breakfast, they provided ACE juice and milk, and nothing else. The rooms were cold, the closets were full of the owners' coats and clothes, and just one drawer in the dresser was usable, possibly because it was broken. That 8.8 TripAdvisor rating from 2018 feels like a sad memory to me. Never again!
