The food was fantastic, with breads, meat, cheese, pies, and cakes. It was the best B&B meal I've ever had! Chiusa dei Monachi is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what made the place special were the owners, Cinzia and Georgio. You'll leave with new friends. They can give you a map for the best walking tour of Arezzo, along with the history behind what you'll see. She speaks very good English. I can't wait to return to Cinzia's place!
We only stayed one day with our small children, and I wish we could have stayed longer next time. The rooms have been tastefully renovated, and the kitchen and dining room feel like home. It's a beautiful place, with exceptional hosts who can tell you about the history of their agriturismo and Arezzo.
Cinzia, the owner, made the stay. She's fantastic, friendly, and welcoming, and gave us useful advice while treating us to fresh cakes and cookies she bakes every day. The house is beautiful in a stunning setting, just a 10-minute drive from Arezzo. Amazing, highly recommended!
Cinzia is such a sweet hostess. She makes an amazing breakfast and tells you all about the region. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the setting is beautiful. A perfect base for exploring Tuscany.
Homemade savory and sweet pies, special jams, ricotta, fresh and dried fruit, and traditional cured meats and cold cuts made breakfast amazing. Cinzia is a wonderful person, and we were so warmly welcomed. The B&B is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, surrounded by greenery with the lovely sound of the stream below. It would be a pleasure to visit her again. Thank you for having us. 😘
