The owner-managers and staff were awesome and went out of their way to help. They shared good places to eat, explained the parking options, and gave really clear directions for getting into the building. They communicated with me throughout and made sure my arrival went smoothly, with a few lovely surprises along the way. The room was very clean, with a new bedroom and shower, excellent Wi-Fi, and even a proper bed and mattress tucked into a cabinet, I assume for families. I'd send family and friends here any time, and I'd come back without hesitation.

My booking was cancelled for no reason, even though I booked well ahead of my trip to Italy. I'm flying there soon and now have to find somewhere else. Really annoying.

The owner was quick to respond and sent detailed check-in instructions, which made things easy. The room was airy, comfortable, and very clean, with handy extras like a fridge, kettle, utensils, and snacks. The bathroom was spacious, and the place felt like an oasis. It's also conveniently situated, about a seven-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute walk from the ferry port for Cinque Terre. I'd definitely stay again on my next trip.

The owner was polite, extremely helpful, and always available when we needed something. He also had lots of suggestions for places to eat and special deals at some restaurants. The rooms were well soundproofed, so the busy road was barely noticeable. The location worked really well for us: ten minutes from the station and multi-story parking, and fifteen minutes along the main road to the pier. Everything was great from beginning to end. There's nothing negative to say about the service, and this will be the first place I contact when I return.
