We’ll definitely come back. It’s a beautiful historic estate that feels like time has stopped, a lovely place to find some peace. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, and speaks several languages.

The rooms are airy and elegant, each one different, with lovely antique furnishings. The whole property has so much character and charm, and it’s well worth staying here. The owner, Giacomo, is charming and very helpful, and this ancient family estate is full of fascinating details. Don’t miss breakfast: fresh bread and juice, beautiful pastries, local meats, eggs, and homemade espresso, all served in a charming old room overlooking the rolling fields. Arezzo nearby was another lovely surprise. It has the history and architecture without the crowds, plus nice restaurants and cafes where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Giacomo made our first GS motorbike trip unforgettable. He’s an avid, passionate biker, and drew us a personalized map, advising us to skip Google Maps and GPS. We were glad we followed his advice: his routes led us through some of the most breathtaking Tuscan landscapes. With his guidance, we also visited Campi Elisi and had our own Gladiator movie moment among the rolling fields. It’s an experience we’ll always treasure. The stay was wonderful from the start. Our spacious, beautifully designed room was spotless, with high-quality amenities and thoughtful details that made it both elegant and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in the area, organic, authentic, and delicious, with fresh local ingredients. It’s a gem for couples or families. The location is easy to reach, and the ample secure parking was reassuring. Dear Giacomo, please let us know when you publish your book of hand-drawn road maps. We chose Romantica Zeppa because it seemed better suited to a couple with a baby or toddler. The villa, or mansion, is beautiful, historic, and well cared for. Our room was huge, very clean and quiet, and warm during our November stay. They also provided a culla. The owner was a very welcoming, kind gentleman and helpful throughout. Breakfast was simple, well made, and enough, with typical items. Highly recommended and worth the money.
