We stopped for just one night while passing through, and the place was nice and quiet. The facilities were super clean, and online check-in was easy. The indoor pool was a lovely extra, and the kids loved it.

The friendly way the owners look after guests gives this very well-organized digital campsite a warm, welcoming feel from the start. They’re still very present, even with the digital setup. When we arrived the evening before our daughter’s birthday, we had no idea where to find a cake. The owner heard us talking about it and called the local baker to ask if they could make one for the next morning. It worked out perfectly and got our week at Camping Adler off to a wonderful start.

The wellness area was a real highlight for us: after a day out, we could relax in the indoor pool and whirlpool with mountain views, or use the sauna. The campsite itself is peaceful and a little secluded, with roomy, well-kept pitches and lovely mountain scenery. The modern sanitary facilities are spotless, and there’s a cozy lounge and a small shop that’s open during the day, except at siesta time. Check-in at the self-service kiosk was easy, and if you need help, pressing the button connects you straight away. Staff were especially friendly and helpful to newcomers. The price is about average for the area, and the overall package feels right. The train station is nearby, and a bus connection with a ticket included makes it easy to explore. Quiet, clean, well designed, and full of extras. We’ll definitely come back.

Right in the village, so it’s easy to get everywhere on foot. Our pitch was lovely, and luckily it wasn’t directly across from the pool. The bathrooms and toilets were warm, spacious, and always clean. The whole booking, check-in, and check-out process happens without staff, but it’s incredibly simple and done from a weatherproof cabin. For the price, especially with no staff involved, it isn’t exactly cheap. And I wish the sauna stayed open a bit longer. Still, excellent.

We ended up staying six days instead of the two we’d planned. The campsite is beautiful and centrally located, with very friendly staff and clean sanitary facilities. The pool could stay open around the clock, but that’s my only complaint. It’s great for riding along the Adige Cycle Path, and Merano is only a short drive away. We’re heading home feeling completely relaxed.
