The breakfast was a real highlight of my solo weekend here last year. The owner had laid out quality yogurt, granola, fruit, and pastries, with plenty of options for people with allergies. He even said the yogurt was made from scratch. I ate on the lovely outdoor patio while planning my day, and he took my coffee order. The stay itself was welcoming and homey, almost like being someone's house guest. My bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and ordering food in when I was tired was easy. The place was an easy walk from both the train station and the city center. I arrived early, and they let me leave my bag so I could explore before going up to my room, which felt secure. A wonderful stay for a solo traveler.

We got a warm, friendly welcome, and there was a great secure spot to leave our bikes. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the train station was conveniently close. All that for a great price. I can't find anything to fault about this B&B 😄

After exploring the old town, I wanted a break from the crowds and found a lovely, quiet park at the end of the street. The B&B is also only five minutes from the train station. We had a great room, excellent service, a lovely patio, and a wonderful breakfast. Such a great stay.

The terrace was a comfortable little oasis, and the whole property felt like a gem in the city. My partner and I loved our stay. Our room had lots of thoughtful touches, everything was clean, and there was secure parking for our scooter. Breakfast was generous, with vegan and gluten-free choices. Valentino and Ferdinando were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and made the whole visit a pleasure. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it.

The two hosts were wonderfully attentive and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They could speak English or French as needed. Our room had a lovely fresh, modern feel, a kettle and coffee maker, and more than 12 power points. There was a good range of breakfast options included, which made mornings easy. We didn't use the huge TV, but the patio garden was a nice extra. Arezzo maps were available, and it felt like a safe place to stay. Highly recommended.
