Hotel Vienna Rivazzurra

The beach is a short walk away, with everything you might need close by. The rooms were spotless and well kept, and we found them comfortable. Food was delicious, with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable stay!

My stay could have been worse, but I was really annoyed that I forgot the few pieces of jewelry I’d left in the safe, which couldn’t be locked. I asked the hotel to send them to me at my expense, and Mr. Alessandro assured me he would. I know the hotel wasn’t obliged to do this, though normally everyone does. Instead, they kept everything. I won’t go back, and I don’t consider them people to be taken seriously.

The staff are the hotel’s real strong point. They’re all friendly, capable and helpful. The location and food were excellent too. Rooms are spacious, though they could use some updating.

We had 11 days of full-board relaxation in August, two adults and two children. The room service was top-notch, and breakfast, lunch and dinner service were excellent. The homemade Neapolitan cooking was lovely, and the hotel is very close to the sea. See you next year, and thanks to all the staff, especially Gianni and Lucia.
