Casa Catia

The owner was kind, professional, and always helpful, and we'll definitely return. The property is surrounded by nature, with a large secure garden that's good for families with young children. It's peaceful and relaxing, yet convenient for visiting different places nearby. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. There's also a roomy dining area where 10-12 people can sit comfortably.

Those two big oak trees make the grounds a lovely place for children, and the summer heat feels less daunting here. Catia, the owner, is friendly but gives you space. We enjoyed the Valdichiana countryside, with olive, pine, and cypress trees all around, and the location is just right. The house was clean and well equipped, with Wi-Fi that worked adequately. The pool looks a little worn with age, though it's very well maintained. We'd like to come back in another season.

Catia was an extraordinary host, so kind and ready to help. The house itself was clean, lovely, and had everything we needed, while the outdoor setting is hard to put into words. There's such a peaceful, almost dreamlike atmosphere that you can forget about stress for a while. We were really glad to find the place and would love to stay again. Definitely worth experiencing. You can get away from everyday stress here, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The place has all the comforts of home, plus a well-kept outdoor area, handy parking, and a really good barbecue.
