The room was basic but very clean, and the host was lovely when we arrived and quick to reply to messages. The train connections are great. Although some might call it a shady area, we had no issues at all. Breakfast was only offered at a cafe once during our six nights, despite what other reviews say. Usually it was left on a tray, with a multipack croissant that was soft and poor quality, soft biscuits or crispy rolls, and some cake. There were also yoghurts and juice in a shared fridge. Watch that fridge, though: I left a beer in there while I went to the shop, and it was gone. The Wi-Fi didn't work. There was no air conditioning, and the TV had no English channels.

We had a quiet, restful stay in a really big room and bathroom with great heating and good city views. The place is only 5 mins from Central train Station, and everything was sparkling clean. Check-in was quick and easy, and the owner was SUPER kind. She even offered us a free late checkout, which we appreciated a lot. The complimentary breakfast at the caffee right downstairs was fantastic, cappuccino and sfogliatella. We went back a couple of afternoons for sweets and coffee too. There were also sweets and tea in the room to help yourself to. We LOVED it. No fuss, and easily the best option in Naples!

Denise is so warm and kind, and the apartment has a stylish, nicely decorated feel. I think travelers will really enjoy staying there. Would recommend it to anyone.
