We couldn't get into the property without calling the owner on his mobile. That might have been manageable if he picked up. We were stuck outside on the street for two hours, and only got inside when other guests happened to leave. I called 37 times during those two hours; he never answered after taking payment up front, and he didn't come back to the apartment. The rooms weren't among the cleanest I've seen, and nobody cleaned them during the five days we stayed. The staff spoke Italian only, with no foreign language at all, not even basic English, German, or French. That's odd for this kind of business. Places like this shouldn't exist.

The room was very clean, and there was an open buffet plus a boiler for making tea or coffee. Napoli Central Station is only a minute away. The woman was so kind: she asked when I would arrive, and was there right on time to check me in when I got there early, at 07.00. Thank you so much.

The room was clean and the location worked well. Communication could perhaps have been better, though we arrived early and were able to get into the room well before 14:00 👍

The damp, moldy rooms and dirt made this a place I wouldn't recommend. Even the cups, glasses, and kettle in the breakfast room were filthy. Look somewhere else.

We reached the B&B on September 16th at 5pm, and the property manager messaged us on WhatsApp to say we could go up to the rooms. In mine, the light struggled to come on because the socket wasn't properly fitted into the wall. I went to shower, then changed my mind and washed in bits instead. Behind the bidet, part of the siphon was visible, and the faucet moved because it hadn't been secured. I didn't see anyone at reception during the three days. Only the day before we left was I told to get in touch with either the cleaning lady or the man at the bar downstairs, who was kind and polite. The owner said I was being smart and that the problems in the room weren't serious. I suppose that depends on your point of view.
