Jazz Hotel

The room was basic, the sink was almost falling off, and the shower was awful. The waterfall showerhead only sprayed a few small streams. For all three nights there was nobody at reception, and communication with the hotel was terrible. Another couple told us they had waited three hours just to get a code. We arrived at 8 p.m. as three women and couldn’t get into the building. Our booking was through Love Holidays, so we hadn’t received any instructions or entry codes. We eventually found a phone number and called, but nobody answered. Someone later messaged us to say they couldn’t find our booking. We were stranded outside and felt very unsafe. After an hour, they finally sent a code. Then we found out the room was on the fourth floor and the lift didn’t work, so we had to carry a huge suitcase up four flights of stairs. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not go here.

The room lighting didn’t work, so we had to use the toilet lights to see. Our booking included breakfast, but we ended up going out to eat because nobody responded to our calls, messages, or WhatsApp messages. There was also no one to handle a proper check-in or check-out, and both processes were difficult. The worst place to stay. Don’t book this hotel.

The room itself was okay, but the service was the worst I’ve experienced. We arrived at night and spent two hours trying to check in. The next day there was diarrhea on the elevator floor, and I took a picture of it. Nobody cleaned it up for two days. When I left, the glass lobby door was broken and fragments were scattered across the floor.

The room and bathroom were roomy, but both felt dated, and the bathroom in particular wasn't clean. The sink was nearly coming loose, which was really disappointing. The hotel is near Naples Central Station, though the streets around it are dirty and can feel unsafe after dark. Reception was often empty, so both checking in and checking out were difficult.
