Francisco was attentive and accommodating, and we enjoyed staying at the Margherita a Chiaia. One thing to know before booking: he asks for personal details through airbnb, including passport number and home address. That felt like a possible security risk to us, and differed from the other airbnb stays in italy where we gave this information in person. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms and a loft, high ceilings, winding corridors, and a 1920s feel in a very nice neighborhood. There's a small balcony overlooking a church, though it's too small to sit on. You can walk about five minutes to the subway or one of the funiculars; that ride goes to Castle Elmo, with amazing views over the whole City, definitely worth seeing. The lift also makes the layout handy: the apartment is one floor above street level, and you can take the lift down to the first floor and leave onto a lower street. That's a big help in Naples, with all its stairs. There's a washer too, which can be hard to find at Airbnb's. Traffic was sometimes audible since we're just one level up, but closing the shutters solved it. For pizza, we'd recommend 50 Kalo, the best we've had in Italy.
