I didn't end up staying because I booked the wrong date. Vittorio communicated really well, tried to find the right date for me, and even refunded my mistake. I'll definitely recommend them to people.

Vittorio was lovely and very helpful, and we got a good price for a November stay in low season. The room was cozy, if a little shabby, and it was cleaned and made up every day. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we slept really well. There was an unpleasant smell, like someone had smoked there a long time ago, which was the one thing we didn't like. Still, we had a very comfortable, enjoyable time. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town. We stayed three nights and liked it.

For a few nights, it's fine. Clean, and not bad, though not especially good either. With everything going on outside in Napoli, the hotel feels like a castle.
