The room is in the historic center, right beside a main street packed with street food, bars, and shops. The owner only speaks Italian, not English, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The furniture is very old, the mattress was dirty and far too soft, and the room is tiny. It was extremely humid, leaving all our clothes and shoes wet. The AC's drying mode didn't help. We couldn't open the window because people on the street would be looking straight at us in bed. The air was awful, and the room was very noisy. Scooters went by and engine fumes came in, and we could hear people talking, cars, scooters, planes, and everything else from the street. One day, we couldn't lock or open the door and were in a hurry to catch our train. The owner didn't answer our messages or calls. After 30 minutes, a man from the shop next door tried to help, but couldn't fix it. The owner finally picked up after another 15 minutes, and with the shopkeeper's help we got the door open after 50 minutes. She didn't say a word, not even sorry. We left early. I can't recommend this accommodation.

We were welcomed by an amazing, very kind host. The room had a kitchen, and breakfast was included, with different croissants, snacks, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, and more. The location was perfect in the beautiful historic center, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants.

Carmine was very available, and the room was clean, with the option to make coffee in a moka pot. The location was excellent too. Naples is a beautiful, exciting, wonderful city, and this was my first time there. A unique experience in every sense. Thank you.

The owner kept checking in to see if we needed anything, and even supplied pastries for breakfast. There’s also a little kitchen for cooking. The B&B sits in the historic center, handy for walking to Naples’ sights. It’s on the ground floor, so there can be some noise at certain times, and the Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable. Apart from that, everything was perfect. A pretty decent place to stay in Naples.

The location is really central, and the price is more than fair. It was very clean, though how loud it feels may depend on how sensitive you are to noise.
