10/10
A convenient spot for a holiday in Arezzo, right in the historic centre, with amenities close at hand. The place is comfortable and welcoming, and it's quiet enough to sleep well. It's clean, though not suitable for disabled guests.

Everything is new and very clean, though the room is small. It feels a bit unfinished, and there's no parking. Wi-Fi is available, but the walls are so thick that you can't even hear it inside the room.

It's a very good property, but the parking situation gets in the way. You have to look for a space on the surrounding streets, and finding one isn't always easy. The central location also means the entrance is through an alley behind the square. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room is immaculate, but for the price there's not much provided, just a kettle and tea, with no fridge. Still, you make do with what's necessary, and it's okay overall.

Arezzo is wonderful, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and kind. The place was beautiful and spotless. Thanks for a lovely weekend.
