The owner is friendly, knows the property well, and is very helpful. The price feels attractive given how distinctive the place is. It's a beautifully restored medieval tower with four levels, and the terrace on the top floor looks out over Arezzo and the hills.

The rooftop view is something special, and from the house you can also look across the historic center. It's comfortable and welcoming, right in the middle of Arezzo. The building is beautiful and finished with great care, and Mr. Arnaldo's warm, genuine hospitality makes it even better. I can't imagine finding a better place to stay. The value for money is excellent, and I really appreciate the owner's honesty. Ciro, Naples.

We found the rooms comfortable for four, and the kitchen has everything needed. There's also a terrace over the city, with a fantastic view across the rooftops. It's a 14th-century tower built on Etruscan walls that are 2,000 years old, and seems to be almost the tallest building around. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the place is spotlessly clean.

The owner's warmth and kindness really rounded out an already very positive stay. We spent a couple of days in a lovely, carefully maintained apartment with excellent cleanliness and all the comforts we needed. It's in the historic center, an easy walk from the main sights. Highly recommended. O

The owner is so kind and generous, always happy to answer questions or help out. The house itself is cool and has air conditioning throughout, and it's very clean. The views are breathtaking too. I'll be back.
