It’s easy to find, with parking nearby, and the area is quiet. There are shops and places to eat close enough, while the rooms stay away from the noise. The owner was very kind, and we had no trouble communicating or checking in and out. Thanks so much for that. Our room had plenty of space, and both it and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. The bed was huge and comfortable, with no squeaks or shifting. Everything felt well made. The shower was spacious too, and there was a small fridge stocked with drinks. Breakfast was a delicious Italian spread, with mortadella, prosciutto, pancetta, fresh croissants and bread, plus lots of extras to choose from. Everything was fresh, and the coffee was full of flavor, just the kind of classic Italian coffee that starts the day right. We were extremely happy with everything and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again for your kindness.

The location worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean, and they provided the vegan breakfast I’d asked for.

There’s free parking, though the lot isn’t very big. The rooms are new and clean. The fridge in the room is quite small and weak. Breakfast had no hot food, but for an Italian style breakfast, I thought it was pretty good.

The service was good, and the rooms were very clean and neat. I recommend it. Breakfast gives you good energy for exploring Venice, and the staff speak English.
