Gianfranco was so kind and went above and beyond to welcome us. He helped with our luggage and even drove us to the parking garage. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was delicious and generous. We ate at a little table on the balcony, which was perfect. It's an unbeatable location for exploring town. We were only there a short time, but it was absolutely delightful. Grazie, Gianfranco!

The hospitality was great, and the view is beautiful, depending on where your room is. The rooms are all quite different from each other and get cleaned often.

The place was really pleasant and quiet. Getting there on foot from the free parking is easy enough if you don't have a big suitcase and don't mind walking uphill.

We stayed just one night in Arezzo, and this was a great base for seeing the main sights. The owner was welcoming, too.

A modern apartment right in the center of Arezzo, and a really nice surprise. Breakfast was very good, and the price was a big plus. Thanks to the Swiss boy!
