We had a great time in this apartment. It was spacious and quiet, and had all the amenities we could want. Perfect!

The owners were friendlier and more helpful than they needed to be. I can't think of a single complaint, thank you! The loft itself is lovely, well kept, and fully equipped, with underfloor heating, plenty of living space, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and induction hob. It seems to have been lived in before, given how practical it is. The location exceeded our expectations: right in the center, with everything just a 4-5 minute walk away. The price might be a little high, but for the Arezzo Christmas season, all those amenities make up for it.

Everything you need is here: oven, hob, dishes, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, iron, and more. It's a fantastic, stylishly furnished apartment in central Arezzo, on a really quiet street. There's underfloor heating too!

A modern, imaginative renovation that still feels right at home in the historic center.
