The rooftop terrace was such a lovely place to have a drink and see the city of Arezzo. We had a great stay from Friday to Sunday for our wedding, with breakfast included both mornings. My spouse and I had the Vasari suite, which was spacious and worked perfectly for getting ready, hair, makeup, dress and photos included. Our guests stayed in double rooms. The staff were caring and friendly, and handled things well when some guests extended their stay. They also placed the wedding welcome bags we had made in the rooms as a surprise, just as we asked. Thanks!

The shower was incredibly small, the furniture was very old, and the bedspread was disgusting. Even the hair dryer seemed like it must have been the first one ever made. I could hear the TV next door and even the man coughing. We lost the money we'd paid and left before spending the night. If you have another hotel option, take it.

The location is a plus, very close to both the train station and the main part of town, and the staff were great. But the room was dated, the bedding seemed old, the pillows were very flat and the sheets felt rough. There was noticeable mildew in the shower, and the thin walls let me hear several phone conversations from nearby rooms. Honestly, I was surprised this was considered a Google four star hotel. Still, I can't say whether the other hotels around there looked any better, at least from outside.

The rooms were cute and clean, and breakfast had a nice variety of European style options. The staff were kind and helpful with everything. It's so close to the train station that walking was easily the best choice for me.

The wood paneling, rich rugs, and spiral marble staircase give this beautiful hotel an elegant feel. The decor is older, but it's still in wonderful shape.
