The rooms were spacious and clean, just as they look in the photos, and breakfast was excellent. The woman running breakfast was very kind and patient with everyone. Staff were friendly, knew the area well, and their advice really helped make the stay wonderful. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The location is close to the port and the town center, with shops and restaurants nearby. We took a boat tour with lunch included, rented a car to explore the island, and got a taxi to the only equipped beach. Highly recommended!

The location was the only good part of our stay. On arrival, the bathroom was visibly dirty, even though the usual cleaning strip was in place. The next day the bed had only been made to look tidy. When we lifted the sheets, the ones underneath hadn't been turned down. Breakfast was very poor, and there was no staff member in the dining room to ask for help. We'd arranged for an early breakfast in our room because we were leaving early, but it arrived just as we were ready to go. A disappointing experience all around. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We came from Australia to spend our summer vacation in Italy, and couldn't have picked a better hotel. The owner and receptionist gave us outstanding service, welcomed us warmly, and helped with all our requests. Its downtown location was wonderful. Thank you for making the trip so precious and unforgettable. We'll definitely be back next year! ❤️

We had a small issue with our room, and the staff dealt with it straight away. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly. The hotel is perfectly placed in the center, and breakfast was varied and very good. The woman in the breakfast room and the women cleaning the rooms were attentive and really kind.
