10/10
Our students enjoyed the Italian food at breakfast and dinner in the hotel's pleasant dining room. There were also common areas where they could relax and spend time together. For a student group, the facilities worked very well, and staff were on hand to help or answer questions. We came to Arezzo for a study trip and found the location convenient, near the train station and downtown, so our students could explore in their free time. From the start, the Hotel Piero della Francesca staff were accommodating and made sure the students had what they needed for a comfortable stay. I'd recommend it to other groups, and we'll consider it for future trips.

We were put on the third floor even though the elevator was broken. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the location was far from the centre, right by the road. It was noisy and very dirty. The room wasn't especially clean and didn't smell good, though it was okay. Service felt uncaring, and it was too expensive for what you get. They offered no compensation. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The Wi-Fi was terribly slow, and what you pay for in service doesn't meet even basic expectations, whether dining or having breakfast.

The hotel looks like it's straight out of the '70s and sits on a very busy street. It's quite far from the city centre, making it hard to get around on foot. Definitely not worth one of the highest prices in town.

The staff were truly wonderful, and the service was great. They also have a restaurant serving amazing Tuscan food. I'd definitely stop here again, 10/10 for me.
