Il Canzoniere

Stefano was great, with lots of local tips and information. The apartment itself had plenty of room, lovely furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a high-quality bathroom and kitchen. Its location is hard to beat. After four months travelling around Italy, this was the best place we stayed. We'll be back!

Even though I stayed only one night, the apartment would suit a longer visit too. It's right in the center of Arezzo, a few steps from shops, restaurants, and bars. Everything has been renovated, it's tastefully furnished and has all the comforts. The owner was helpful, friendly, and honest.

The welcome was excellent, discreet, and they were always available if we needed anything. Our four-legged friends are welcome too. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a historic building, with an elevator, right by Piazza del Duomo and the famous Piazza Grande. Inside, modern furnishings sit alongside exposed ceiling beams and stone walls, giving the place a distinctive feel. It has everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is stocked for preparing anything from breakfast to dinner, with cleaning supplies and basic condiments provided. There's also a laundry area where you can use either the sink or the washing machine. I often find only enough utensils for one meal, so having all this was a first for me. For a place so central, it's handy that you can park for free a few minutes away. The price is excellent for what's provided. Breakfast isn't included, but cafes and pastry shops are everywhere within a 500-minute walk in either direction. I highly recommend it.

Stefano is a very friendly, hospitable owner. The apartment is right in the center of Arezzo, tastefully furnished, spotless, and has every comfort. Highly recommended!
