La Cantina Relais - Fattoria Il Cipresso

We only booked three nights and soon wished we'd stayed longer. The intimate feel, stylish setting, and staff who felt like family made it special, with just seven rooms. Alberto welcomed us warmly to his family farm, and that gave us a taste of the excellent wine and food they make and serve. There's no sweeping view, and the pool is tiny, but this place is an absolute gem.

In early April, my mom and I had such a lovely mother-daughter escape. The farm was picturesque, with plenty of room for walks and lounging. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we especially liked the Amalia rosé. We also went truffle hunting, which was fun, informative, and something we'll remember. The staff were welcoming and so friendly that we were smiling and hugging as we said goodbye after just 3 days. They gave us helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. And a special thanks to Alberto, who greeted us with a smile even though we arrived very late at night after misreading the directions. We can't recommend Il Cipresso enough!

The setting and views at La Cantina Relais are stunning, and the hospitality from Alberto, Christina, and the team made the stay even better. They were so kind and generous. Our spacious room had modern amenities along with plenty of personal touches. The restaurant serves produce from the farm, and both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. It's also a great base for exploring Tuscany. Wish we could go back!

The staff were kind and attentive without getting in the way, and the restaurant was a real treat. Its menu is compact but outstanding, with expertly prepared dishes made almost entirely from home or farm produce, served in a romantic setting. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with all those little details you'd want in a luxury hotel. It's hard to imagine a better place for a relaxing holiday.
