It's convenient for the center, but I found the rooms and bathroom very dirty. During my five-day stay, neither my room nor the bathroom was cleaned once, and the towels weren't changed. I'm sorry, but if I come to Arezzo again, I certainly won't stay here.

The location was convenient, the price reasonable, and the internet worked perfectly. There's an elevator, and the hostess was very kind. Since the garage was empty that night, she kindly let me leave my Vespa there free of charge. I really appreciated the gesture.

The owner was very kind and helpful. This B&B is in a strategic spot, close to both the historic center and the business district.
