A spacious, clean room with all the comforts, in a central but quiet part of Rome close to the city's iconic sights. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and always available. It's excellent value, and we'll definitely come back!

The location is quite close to central Rome, and Romeo welcomed us warmly. I have no complaints about him. But the room needed sweeping and fresh towels. If I hadn't asked, neither would have been done during our three-night stay. I asked the woman I found outside to sweep, but it still wasn't done. There wasn't even a pair of slippers, and breakfast was more of a treat than a proper breakfast. We had to walk five minutes for coffee and a croissant. At €85 a night, it was a simple room without amenities. If I'd known, I honestly wouldn't have chosen it.

The thin walls were the main drawback, since you could hear everything. Mateo was very attentive, though he didn't bring the water that was supposed to be in the fridge. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped coffee maker, a kitchenette and a spotless bathroom.
