The room was lovely, with a kitchen and a nice bath, and the location was perfect. Check-in was a little confusing, but the stay was definitely worth it.

Right in the heart of the city center, this location is very convenient and has all the amenities you could wish for. The accommodations are bright and comfortable, and the shared areas are kept tidy and well-maintained, other tenants permitting. Stefania is a wonderful host. I've stayed with her before on Via Bologna, and she's always courteous, extremely helpful, and ready to accommodate travelers' needs. I'll be back. Experiencing the city from her heart is truly inspiring. Thank you.

From this lovely, characterful historic building in the city center, you can walk everywhere, and restaurants are handy for dinner. The house was clean. Parking is a bit inconvenient, and the only drawback was a bathroom sink.

Arezzo is beautiful, and the location is very central. The lady was very kind. I'd recommend staying here if you don't have much luggage or small children.

We had attentive staff and a quiet place to sleep in the old town center. There are a couple of restaurant squares nearby, a coffee shop downstairs and a grocery store on the corner, 20 meters from the front door.
