The apartment’s recent renovation shows in the photos, and it’s fully equipped, so we had everything we needed to cook and eat in. There’s no breakfast, which is the one thing missing from a traditional B&B, but a bar is right across the street. We paid €100 a night during Arezzo’s Christmas markets and felt it was money well spent. The central location meant that after parking, everything was about a five-minute walk away.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and the apartment was ready with Wi-Fi and everything needed for meals. It was warm even in December, and it’s just a few steps from Piazza Grande. A cozy little place with lots of care put into the details.
