The hosts made us feel welcome and comfortable, even with the language difference between us. My husband and I began our annual trip to Italy with several days at La Romanella. Our room was very comfortable, with a lovely view of the lake and a nice place to sit outside the door.

The food was nearly as good as the view, with a huge choice of delicious homemade pizzas and pastas. We were served promptly and efficiently by the lovely, kind staff, who were also so sweet with our shy little boy. He enjoyed the attention and gifts. On the way back from Lake Iseo, we stopped at the beautiful La Romanella resteraunt. There was plenty of free parking, and we were shown to a lovely dining room with enormous windows and an incredible view over the lake. So glad we visited. I’d thoroughly recommend La Romanella resteraunt.

The portions are really generous, and eating with that amazing lake view is quite a special experience. La Romanella is a nice restaurant right in front of the lake. Five stars!

Good value, delicious homemade food. The porcini spaghetti and sparkling white wine are worth trying, and there are plenty of pizza choices. The cheese plate is big enough for two or three people.

The pizzas were very good, and the service was good too. It was the only pizza restaurant open for miles after 19:00. It seems to be family run, which gives the place a nice, welcoming feel.
