Laura was flexible and really helpful. She welcomed us and let us leave our bikes in the private courtyard overnight. The room was in a charming historic setting, right in the center, and was bright, clean, tidy, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a peaceful, pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Laura was thoughtful about what we needed and even left us Piedmontese pastries for breakfast the next day. The place is near the city center, and we appreciated how welcoming and thoroughly looked-after the room felt. It was quiet and very clean, with careful attention to detail, plus a mini-fridge, TV, breakfast supplies, and several maps of Biella and the surrounding area. Recommended!

Ilaria gave me a wonderful welcome, and I appreciated the hostess letting me take my bike onto the balcony. There were cookies and a waffle for breakfast, which was a nice touch. The clean, comfortable room was less than a 10-minute walk from the center, with WiFi, a mini-fridge, TV, and even a coffee machine. I hope I can come back soon.
