Villa DEpoca Carniani

We felt cared for throughout our stay, and the personal attention made it unforgettable. Our hosts welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to help, recommending restaurants and wine tastings and arranging a wonderful birthday dinner with homemade food and local wines. The villas are beautifully kept and the peaceful views, gardens, and pool made it easy to relax while still feeling at home. Every detail felt special. This is one of those rare places we'd gladly return to again and again.

We've already started booking our next trip to Arezzo to stay here again. The hosts made us feel like family from the start, booked restaurant reservations for us, and invited us to a party they were having. The apartment was wonderful, the property quiet and easy to find, and it's only a quick 10-minute drive to the city center. Best place I've stayed in Italy. Highly recommend!

Martina and Allessio made us feel so welcome, and their tips were great. Their warm, friendly hospitality made our stay at Villa Carniani unforgettable. The location worked perfectly as a base for driving to places of interest around Tuscany. Our apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and decorated in a lovely traditional style. The garden was spacious and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic, large, recently built pool. We had comfort, luxury, a warm welcome, and hygiene that was a 10 out of 10. It exceeded our expectations and was a perfect vacation.

We had the best holiday, thank you so, so much. The villa was beautiful, clean, and equipped with every detail, and our host was warm, attentive, and so friendly. Such a lovely place to relax and enjoy ourselves.
